Greg Turner

President & Chief Operating Officer

Greg is President & COO of Pumford Construction and has been with the company since 1997. He also leads our Design Build service. Greg’s unique customer-driven focus enables him to translate customer requirements into the best solution and empower our team and best practices. Greg has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ferris State University. Greg is LEED/AP certified, and is a member of USGBC and Michigan AGC.

Eric Wagner

Vice President, Chief Estimator

Eric is Vice President and Chief Estimator. He also leads our Construction Trades services and has been with Pumford Construction since 1997. His experience and knowledge of the construction process enables him to instill confidence in pre-construction and deliver results at, during, and through construction. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Eastern University.

James Jacobs

Vice President, Corporate Accounts

James is Vice President of our Corporate Accounts and has been with Pumford Construction since 2007. His Program Management expertise enables him to optimize resources and deliver consistently on every request and project, from initial contact through corporate billing process. James has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University and an MBA from Saginaw Valley State University. James is a Professional Engineer (Michigan) and is LEED/AP Certified.

Pam Rees

Controller / HR Director

Pam is Controller and Human Resource Director and has been with Pumford Construction since 1996. With her experience and knowledge of the construction industry and our Company, the integrity of our corporate financial information enables Pumford Construction to secure work with reputable customers, and maintain excellent banking and bonding relationships.

Brian Swedorski

Senior Architect

Brian has been with Pumford Construction since 2000. His strength is his ability to architect a project to budget and design to code specifications. He has passion for detail and code understanding. Brian holds a Masters of Architecture degree from Lawrence Technological University and is LEED/AP certified. He is a member of AIA and holds Architectural Licenses in Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio, Indiana and Tennessee.

Grant Hugo

General Superintendent

Grant joined our team in 2004. He began with us as a journeyman carpenter, and grew his Pumford career through the years as a Foreman, Site Superintendent, and now General Superintendent. Grant was Initiated into the carpenters union in 1997 and graduated from the carpenters apprenticeship 2001.

Cameron Newkirk

Corporate Safety Manager

Cameron is our Corporate Safety Manager and has been with Pumford since 2018. He is a Certified Occupational Safety Specialist, Firefighter, and Emergency Medical Technician. He holds numerous other certifications to ensure our team provides a positive experience for our employees and clients. Cameron also has experience and knowledge in the industrial and manufacturing industries that contribute to our company safety culture.
